If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return hollasmile whitening kit it to us for a full refund or a store credit. Please see bellow for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within (3) Days after you receive the item, you will have 3 days to determine if the whitening kit is right for you! All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place form, and mail your return to the address we will provide you in your email.
Please note that we stand by everything we sell, 100%.
If we deliver what we promised and you’re just not satisfied with the end results, we’ll still cover you!
In order to qualify for a full/partial refund you’ll have to return the Hollasmile whitening kit, cover the shipping fees & once we receive your returned order we’ll refund you in full!
Please make sure your first order does not exceed 1 whitening kit! That way you will know exactly what quality to expect, and if you’re satisfied you’ll order again!
Please allow some slight color in the whitening kit as different lights and monitors always show different colors.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your full refund or account credit. Please allow at least (7-10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 4-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a whitening kit replacement.
All delivery times are estimates only, and Holla Smile is not responsible for any late shipment as the responsibility is on carriers site! If your package/order late to received you should contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier for further investigation.
